The main reason is the local stress unevenness and the deflection of the tension layer in the thickness direction. By measuring the experimental results before the glass hot dip treatment, the glass with a stress difference exceeding 20 MPa has a self-explosion rate higher than that of the glass with a stress difference of less than 13 MPa. 3. Tempered glass hot dip treatment: The so-called "hot dip" treatment means placing the tempered glass in a heating furnace and heat-treating for a period of time to promote the rapid completion of crystal phase transformation of the nickel sulfide particles in the tempered glass, so that after the original use The tempered glass that may be self-explosive is self-explosive in the hot dip furnace in the factory.
