With a rotor rotation speed of 170,000 revolutions per minute, a maximum length of 540 spinning positions and a delivery speed of up to 350 meters per minute, the new generation of rotor spinning machines now has even greater potential for production.
After the announcement of the production of the R60 spinning machine, more than 100 machines have been sold. The details provided by the customer confirm that energy consumption is saved by 50% compared to the previous machine. Customers can use the S 60 spinning box improvement technology to increase productivity by 5%. 20% faster machines will provide higher efficiency. These have proven that Rieter can now also increase the maximum rotor speed. Therefore, with the increase of production potential, S60 can also improve the expected speed through further improvements in technology formation.
